• Choose the payment method;
• After you complete the payment you will receive an instant link for downloading PDF file right from your checkout page. This will be available in your purchase area (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases). If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email from Etsy with your order ready to download so remember to make sure your email is up to date.
• Download the files from Dropbox. (You will need to have a computer or laptop to download the files – they can’t be downloaded on a phone or tablet).
• After downloading the files, you can print as many copies of the artwork as you want at home or at any commercial printer of your choice.
Your purchase will never expire! You can always find your files at any time in your Etsy purchases page.
💌 WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE?
After purchase you will receive a PDF File with a Dropbox links to download files. This is a very easy process and you do not need a Dropbox account or password to download the files. Just click the link and then the "Download". After that you will receive 10 high resolution jpg files at 300 dpi cropped to fit frames.
These are all scalable JPG files which means you can print them smaller or larger in full clarity and detail, up to the max size I've listed below for each ratio.
Each file is of a very high resolution at 300dpi (dots or pixels per inch). This simply means that they will look very sharp and clear no matter which of the listed sizes you print.
• 3x4 Ratio:
- 6"x8" / 9"x12" / 12"x16" / 18"x24"
- 15x20cm / 22x30cm / 30x40cm / 38x50cm / 45x60cm
• 4x5 Ratio:
- 4"x5" / 8"x10" / 16"x20"
- 10x12cm / 20x25cm / 30x38cm / 40x50cm
• 2x3 Ratio:
- 4"x6" / 6"x9" / 8"x12" / 10"x15" / 12"x18" / 16"x24"
- 10x15cm / 20x30cm / 30x45cm / 40x60cm
• 11"x14"
• ISO (International Standard Size):
- A5 - 148x210mm
- A4 - 210x297mm
- A3 - 297x420mm
- A2 - 420x594mm
If you would like to crop or resize to any other size you need – send me a message. It might take a while for me to answer if we’re in some place with bad or no internet reception or we’re just went sailing! But I will try to get back to you as soon as possible!
❓WHAT AFTER DOWNLOADING?
You may print the files anywhere you choose, but these are my suggestions:
1. Print on your home or office printer.
2. Email or bring files to your favorite local print shop.
3. Upload the file to an online printing and framing service and have your prints delivered to your door.
⭐️ MATTING (PASSE-PARTOUT)
A matboard, also known as a mat or passe-partout, is not included in the digital print.
The purpose of a mat is to separate the art from the glass and provide visual space to focus on the print and enhance the overall look of your framed artwork. A mat helps to highlight artwork by separating it from the frame and drawing attention to the artwork.
A mat is not necessary, but most paper artworks — such as photographs, drawings, or Fine Art Prints — look best when there is a border between the edge of the artwork and the frame.
Art Prints can benefit from matting as well. For example, 5x7’’ size Art Print would look much greater mounted to 8x10’’ matting for 8x10’’ frame with 5x7’’ mat opening than just framed in 5x7’’ frame.
NOTE: The mat opening will be slightly smaller than the suggested picture size. This allows the mat to overlap the image slightly, holding it behind the frame.
For Art Prints you could use standard frames and matting options that are available at Amazon, IKEA and others. Some frames include matting for defined size, some are not and contain the frame only.
✅ No physical product will be shipped and the frame is not included. Colours may vary slightly due to different colour monitors and printer.
Any texture on the image is intentional.
The final print quality will depend on the type of printer, paper and ink you use.
