Indigo Shibori Patches, Heavyweight Shibori Scraps for Visible Mending, Sashiko and Repair

This listing is for a pack of 6 Shibori patches ideal for artfully mending jeans, a denim jacket or a canvas tote bag.

Each bundle is primarily a strong but supple cotton duck, but you may also receive one linen or denim patch. One patch may be a solid indigo patch, which allows for a different approach to your stitching.

The patterns are created with the same Japanese Shibori techniques that I use on quilting cottons, including pole wrapping, stitching, folding, binding and compressionThey are dyed in Indigo.

They range in size from 6" x 6" and 7" x 7" to 7" x 5" and 8" x 6". You can use them whole, or cut for smaller patches. They can be layered and over lapped, or applied singly.

The photos here are a composite of several different bundles. They do not show every scrap, but represent the patterns and colors you might find in these bundles. The jeans are not included.
