Our bandanas are machine washable! Lay flat to dry and iron if needed!

We have size guidelines in the photo section of every listing. Please measure your dog and keep in mind that these bandanas tie once and then snap! We don’t list XS and XL sizes for two reasons. It helps up to better track our inventory, but more importantly helps us to make sure you are getting the right size bandana. Not all XS or XL dogs require the same size. Let us help you find the perfect fit by sending us a message!

We send out all of our bandanas gift wrapped in recycled paper.

Why do your bandanas both tie and snap?

We make tie on dog bandanas and decided that adding a snap to ensure they don’t fall off made them even higher quality!

Why don't you accept returns and why only 24 hours for cancellations?

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me! I am very responsive and will do my best to assist you. We hope you measure your dog before ordering, but understand that sometimes (like with humans!) things just don't fit. We will do our best to work with you to ensure that you are satisfied. We allow exchanges, but you will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. Exchanges are allowed for sizing only, and unless the bandanas are no longer in stock, buyers must exchange for the same fabric. If the same fabric is not available, store credit may be given for buyer to make a new purchase. New bandanas or credit will not be shipped or given until original bandanas are returned.

Why are some of your bandanas priced differently?

We purchase our fabrics from many different sellers, including smaller Etsy shops. While we do try to remain consistent with our pricing, every now and then we fall in love with a fabric that is significantly more money per yard, and in turn we have to raise the prices.

What if I don’t get my package?

We ask that you verify your address before purchasing, and that you consider not shipping to your pet’s name. Incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Mostly Sunny. We are not responsible for delays with the United States Post Office, but will work with you to try to track down delayed or missing packages.

Why did you stop selling bows and hair ties?

We have temporarily discontinued listing our dog bows and hair ties due to an increase in orders. You are always welcome to message us to see if we have time to create a custom order.

-Our bandanas are handmade and require time for sewing! Our processing time is typically 3-5 business days, but we will send your order as soon as it is ready.

-We ask that you please have patience regarding your order's journey to you. We guarantee our processing times but cannot guarantee the shipping time for the United States Post Office. If you would like to purchase a shipping upgrade with insurance, you have the option to do so at checkout. We ship USPS first class, and your order will come with tracking. Please verify your address before placing your order.

-Bandana is secured by tying it once and snapping the plastic KAM snap.

-Bandanas are machine washable in cool water, dry flat and iron if needed.

-All bandanas come gift wrapped because we believe our customers and their dogs are special.

-Our products are handmade with love to make your dog feel special and look ridiculously cute! We spend hours choosing fabrics we feel are both adorable and high quality. Our bandanas are two sided and stitched twice, making them durable and able to handle rough play and many washings. Each bandana is carefully crafted so that it can be worn by your furry friend for years to come.

-Our bandanas come in SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE sizes. X-SMALL and X-LARGE may be available by request. When measuring your furry friends, please use a tape measure around the base of the neck, right above the shoulders and where a collar would rest. When in doubt, size up!

*X-SMALL fits dogs with up to an 8" neck
*SMALL fits dogs with up to a 12" neck
*MEDIUM fits dogs with up to a 16" neck
*LARGE fits dogs with up to a 19" neck
*X-Large fits very large dogs!
