Do you do custom pet portraits?

Yes! Gladly. I need a nice clear photograph to work from, ideally taken outside in natural light (dogs that is! I don’t expect you to try to get your cat to sit still outside and I certainly don’t want to be responsible for any budgies, parrots, hamsters or rats making a run for it!) I think the majority of an animals character can be viewed in its eyes so focus on the face. Please contact me to discuss the options available.

How long will my item take to arrive?

Delivery AIMS (as quoted on the Royal Mail website) are as follows: First class mail (within the U.K.), the next working day after posting. International (within EU) 3-5 working days after posting. International (Non EU) 5-7 working days after posting. There are no guarantees I’m afraid but every effort is made to ensure your item arrives in a timely manner.

I include a photo of the card sat on my hand (for scale) with the measurements written on it, a video of me taking one out of its envelope and handling it, a photo of one next to a ruler and a photo of the envelope next to a ruler and a pen for scale. I’m sorry you expected it to be bigger.
