What happens if my purchase is was damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, we of course will refund you or offer a replacement. Photographic evidence is needed of the damage done in transit. Buyer pays return postage which will be then refunded to you once we have received said purchase.

Custom and personalised orders

We will always email you confirming your personalisation. Personalised orders therefore are not due for a refund unless a mistake has been made on our part. If you require a custom order please message me & we will be happy to help.

Wholesale availability

Yes we can offer wholesale prices, please message me for details

If you have a custom requirement please get in touch as we love making custom orders for customers

yes we can make anything you want please get in touch and we do not charge for design work

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not gift wrap because we want to keep packaging costs down and where we can we recycle. However we use jiffy bags (purchased) and for larger items double wall boxes (purchased) but the remainder of our boxes have been recycled and to protect orders we make sure that they are protected with cardboard which has been recycled and if we are sending parcels bubble wrap, shredded paper and packing paper is used all of which is recycled and never purchased so Personalise365 is helping to minimise landfill waste.
