Printable OR Printed Wedding RSVP Postcards - Choose Your Fonts and Colors!

Have your guests RSVP to your wedding with these custom response postcards that can be made to complement your invitations. Our wedding RSVP postcards are 5.5 x 4.25 inches each and include both front and back sides.

COLOR: We can change the color of the background, text, or both to whatever you're wanting. You can select a color from our color chart (in the listing photos) or send us a color code, photo, or file that shows the color you're wanting.

FONT: You can choose from one of 30 sample font combinations (see listing photos for samples). If you don't see a font you need you can send us a font name or photo/file that shows the font(s) you would like. We have an extensive font library and can do our best to match or coordinate with your existing wedding design.

Please provide the information for us to customize your cards. Here's what we need to know:

• Wording for the front of postcard (names and wedding date)
• RSVP by date
• RSVP info wording
• Names and address for return address
• Meal selection information (can be removed or changed to something else)
• Color Choices - Please let us know what color you would like the text and/or background to be by referencing our color chart or leaving a color code (Pantone, CMYK, or RGB). If you prefer you can send an Etsy message with a photo or file that shows your color choice.
• Font Choice - if you're needing a font not shown, choose "Other" in the Font drop-down menu and let us know your font information.


Printable cards will be customized and sent to your email address that is on record with Etsy. We take pride in getting your files to you as quickly as possible. You can check out our current turnaround time in our Shop Announcement.

Our printable invitation inserts are NOT an instant download. Your customized file will be emailed to you and you will be able to download the file directly from the email.

At this time we're only offering printing service to the United States. Standard shipping costs for printed invites are already factored into the price. Our digital, printable invitation file is available worldwide and the "shipping" for those is always free. We will print your printed order and get it shipped to you via Fedex Ground within two to three business days after you approve the proof. Transit times vary from 1-5 transit days.

TURNAROUND TIME FOR PROOFS OR DIGITAL FILES

Once you order and provide the information for the text, we will send you the completed digital file or proof (if printed order) within one business day. For a printed order, once your proof is approved your order will be printed and shipped within two to three business days.

For our printable invitations, no physical items will be mailed. Because they are digital, we do not offer refunds. We will make exceptions to this no-refund policy if there was an obvious mistake made on our part.

We try to make sure our designs will print true to what you see in the listing pictures. However, since computer monitors vary the color printed may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.

When you purchase this file you are licensed to use the digital product for personal or non-profit use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or transfer any of the files to a third-party.
