⚠️ Helium Note:
- Whether a balloon floats depends on size, shape, and helium quality.
- Standard-shaped balloons 16+ inches may float.
- Alternative: Use tape or string to hang non-floating balloons as decorations.
- 16-inch foil letter & number balloons are air-fill only and will NOT float with helium. We recommend taping or stringing them as a banner. 🎀
