Does Knob Thorn Home accept returns?

I follow a firm 7-day return policy. That means items must be postmarked and shipped back to Knob Thorn Home within 7 days. Items returned past the 7-day policy will not be accepted. All pillow covers must be in the original packaging as you received it for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. I am happy to assist you, feel free to reach out with any questions. Many shops in this market do not accept any returns, therefore I kindly ask buyers shopping with me to respect my return policy.

Authentic, handwoven textiles such as Hmong hemp, mudcloth, block prints and vintage fabrics may have minor imperfections. Variations in weave, pattern variation or paint smudges are not uncommon in textiles of this kind. That said, I choose the best quality cloth available for market. Creamy Ivory Moroccan cactus silk pillow cover. Beautiful handwoven Moroccan cactus silk featuring a cream background with Berber symbols in pink, green and black.

Pillow insert is not included. I suggest sizing up 2" for the insert, this pillow is photographed with a 20" down insert.

As with any hand-woven textile, variations in the weave will occur. We do not consider these flaws, but hallmarks of the hand-loomed nature of cactus silk.

The spiky leaves from sustainable Saharan agave cactus are harvested, hammered and then soaked to release fibers. The fibers are then hand spun using traditional processes to make cactus silk. The silk is then combined with camel wool and handwoven on a loom to make cactus silk.
