-We ship previous week’s orders on Monday or Tuesday.
-All orders are shipped USPS priority shipping or UPS.
-From November to March, we include heat packs in all boxes.
-Plants are subject to being shipped bare root.

-Since we grow 1000s of plants, we do our best to photograph a plant as close to the one you will receive. All photos are our own.
-Plant may appear different in shape and size than the one photographed for the listing.

1. Unpack your box by gently removing taped plants from the box.
2. Remove wrapping paper, plastic bag, and shredded paper.
3. Hydrate your new plants, if needed.
4. Allow up to 2 weeks for plants to acclimate and recover from shipping before repotting.

Portland Area Residents are offered FREE Delivery on any order amount. Contactless Deliveries are made Sundays in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA.

Availability is limited to stock on hand. Substitutions may be made by our team if a product is not up to shipping standards. If a substitution is made, we will contact buyer to notify you of the substitution by marking the change on the packing slip. Substitution is to be similar to item originally purchased.

You can schedule a Local Pick Up at the shop Friday-Sunday from 11am-5pm and your order will be sent from our greenhouses to the shop. While picking up, buyer has the opportunity to browse a curated selection of plants. After making your purchase, write a note you would like to Local Pick Up.
