What does the License for Commercial and Personal use entail?

"Commercial use" on Etsy doesn't mean reselling purchased artwork as-is. Instead, it's about the volume you're licensed to sell, and every shop sets its limits. I permit commercial use without volume limits but forbid large corporations from mass distribution. However, I have a non-compete clause: designs can't be sold on platforms like Creativemarket, Etsy, etc., where I sell, unless you transform the original using three or more elements. Simply, don't just copy-paste and sell; innovate using my designs. Selling my unaltered design is copyright infringement, not a "commercial use" issue. I encourage creative use without extra charges.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. This includes issues arising from user errors, product misunderstandings, incompatible software, and internet connection problems. Once the file is downloaded, it is deemed final. We provide detailed video demos and comprehensive photo descriptions to ensure clarity. Consequently, claims suggesting the product isn't as described are not relevant to digital art. On exceptional occasions, we may consider refunds at our discretion. However, we hold all copyrights to our content. Any refunded transactions result in a complete revocation of licensing rights, prohibiting both personal and commercial use.

Common Download issues

BROWSER ISSUES: Popup blocker, javascript, cookies, malware viruses - it is up to the user to google his or her own issues simply downloading and installing a new browser should fix common issues NOT ENOUGH STORAGE: if you don't have sufficient storage you cant download more files. INTERNET CONNECTION: You cant download files if you have intermittent or a poor connection. VIRUS, MALWARE -If your computer is corrupt your downloaded files will also be corrupt. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the user to maintain his/her computer and be familiar with basic trouble shooting of his/her system. Not having knowledge of your own system and or technical aspects of how to use the internet or how basic functions work is not a seller error
