Please be aware that all purchases and bra cups, shawls, pashminas, gloves, jewelry, headpieces, bags and wedding veils are final sale. These items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. By placing an order, you are agreeing to this final sale policy. This policy applies to all items purchased from our shop. Please ask questions before purchase if your not sure. Exchanges will only be eligible for garment bags, some combs and scarves with a 15% fee if requested within 3 days of delivery only (shipping will be at your cost)** Cannot be after your event date.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us within an hour of placing it to cancel. We do not guarantee any cancellation, shipping starts early AM. Even if tracking does not show, does not mean it hasn't been packaged or dropped off already. Tracking gets uploaded sometime during the day and the post office will scan. Sending an email to cancel your order is not a cancellation, it's only a request. Before ordering please ensure this is what you want. Order Changes - Due to some quick processing or custom requests we will be unable to make any changes to your order after 3 business days.

Veils can be steamed with a small handheld steamer and showers are your best friend to get any light folds from the veil. Take about 10 minutes or less for veils. NEVER IRON your veil, please. You will be sad at the results. If your veil has beading, don't steam in one area to long. Once done, wait about 5 to 10 minutes and the veil will continue to become perfect.

Where is my tracking?

Once your processing time is complete and your items is shipped, you will receive a message here on Etsy. If you want to track your package, you can find it through My Orders on your Etsy Account. If you can't find it there, check your email for your tracking number. If you see no tracking, either means your processing time has been completed or your item is not ready to ship.

Tell me more about international shipments?

The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties & customs upon arrival to your country, this is not included in your shipping fee. These fees they many charge you are up to the Custom Office upon package arrival, you must contact your local Customs Office for charges plus pay them directly. It's possible your item can be held at your local Customs Offices for a certain period time before they notify you, so it's important you track your package. If you did not purchase any insurance or request insurance on the package and your package is lost by the carrier or the tracking is not showing updated to delivery, we would not be responsible for nor do we offer a refund for a mail carrier lost or damaged package.

Sizing - You will find sizing notes on the cups and if you order several different sizes in different style cups, they will fit differently. Each style is constructed differently and sized for that style. We have our own sizing, so please use our sizing and not your standard sizing. We make no guarantee that a bra cup will fit you, we offer clear photos and sizing upfront. Comparing to your own bra - Take a soft measuring tape and compare our sizing listed in inches with your current bra. We have no way to tell you what bra cups size you need when you email us a brand name and size. We only know what our sizes are and since you have your own bra, you will have to compare vs our chart or consult with a bra fitting service or seamstress.

When items are shipped you have the option to purchase insurance or upgraded options such as signature delivery. If your item is lost by the post office or ups and you did not purchase insurance or signature delivery, I cannot offer a replacement or refund for an item that leaves here and shows delivered to the correct address, that is confirmed delivery for me. If you live an area that you know is not secure, you are responsible for your own package once it arrives and responsible for upgrading to signature delivery or insurance.
