When can I download my quizzes?

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. Etsy will send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal, and you can access your downloads from the Purchases and Reviews sections of your account at any time. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app.

Can I download files if I don't have an Etsy account?

Yes! If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Are your quizzes all-ages friendly?

In general yes, but the content of course depends on the subject of the quiz. For example, our Disney and Pixar quizzes are designed specifically for all ages, however our Tiger King quiz wil reference events and quotes which feature in the documentary, and therefore not suitable for all ages. Our generalist movie and film quizzes, unless on a specific subject such as Pixar or Disney, may run the gamut from questions on Frozen to Terminator, however we try to keep the quizzes as clean as possible so that everyone in the family can enjoy them together - and help each other out with their individual knowledge - that's the joy of quizzing!

Will the quizzes work on my PC/Mac/Tablet/Mobile?

Our quizzes and digital scorecards have been tested on PCs, Apple Macs as well as tablets and mobiles - and work on each - but are optimal on PC. Please ensure you have an app or program which can read PDFs installed on your device prior to download. The most popular and widely used of these is Adobe Acrobat Reader which should be available on most devices - and best of all - is completely free.

Can I share the quizzes with my friends/family?

Of course! Once you download these are yours to keep and share as you wish.
