Any Questions & When will my order ship?

Please feel free to send an Etsy message if you would like to ask a question about a listing. Please read the entire listing description before you contact us as the information you are looking for may already be addressed there. If you are wondering when your order will ship or where you can find the tracking, refer to your orders section, the order confirmation email, or the tracking email sent when the order was shipped. If your order has not shipped, this means we are still using the posted production time agreed upon at checkout to create your handmade product.

Country Workshop items will ship from our shop in Carney, Maryland within the stated shipping times in each listing. We do not offer delivery dates when your package is no longer within our control (in the possession of a shipping carrier). Etsy does offer estimated delivery dates shown to you at checkout, but please note that these are not always accurate nor do they show any unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier. Check the production time prior to ordering. The products in our workshop are handmade and we do appreciate your patience for the time it takes to make each item. We will ship by the ship by date on your order, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

All items will be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. A tracking number will be provided with every order.

If you’re your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive it: Check with family members to see if they may have brought it inside without you knowing. Ask neighbors if it was delivered to their home by mistake. If the package still has not been found, you will need to check with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) for exact GPS drop off location. If you believe it has been stolen, a police report should be filed. An insurance claim cannot be filed if the package has been marked delivered.

Returned and Damaged Orders

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship. If the item ordered has free shipping, we can only offer this one time per order. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or stolen. We package each item very carefully to minimize any possible damage in transit. Items do not arrive damaged very often, but it can happen. If an item arrives damaged please take photos of the packaging, the shipping label and the damaged portion of the item on the same day as delivery. Most shipping methods include insurance, so we will file a claim in order to send out a replacement. The customer may have to take item & packaging to USPS.

Nobody Gets In To See The Wizard...Not Nobody, Not No How

Funny Wizard of Oz saying on a painted black worn finish,with white letters and metallic gold stars. Great sign for the office or studio. Gift for Dad. Boss, Teacher, Hairdresser...

Signs are made of ½ inch mdf, a wooden building material. The material is smooth, without knots and makes for a much nicer finished sign.
Sign measures 6 x 14 inches

Each sign is cut to shape and painted with acrylic paint and sanded. The design is then added, each individually and each is a little different. A final top coat of a catalyzed varnish is applied and the sign is ready to go. A key-hole slot is cut in the back for hanging on a nail or screw.
