Gift wrapping and packaging

Each jewelry piece includes gift wrapping in a kraft jewelry gift box (as pictured) with an insert card of your choice to help you give the perfect gift. You can leave us a note at checkout which notes you would like to include with your order, as well as any names to include on the message card and we’ll be sure to personalize your order for you.

Leaving neutral or negative feedback before communicating with the seller is a poor Etsy etiquette. So please, before giving any negative feedback, contact me first so I can help you with any issues you may have with your order. My goal is your 100% satisfaction. My customer feedback is very important to me.

Please understand that I cannot recover the shipping cost once the order has been ship. Returned orders due to buyer’s fault (buyer provided the wrong/incomplete/undeliverable address, buyer didn’t make attempt to pick up the package after failed delivery attempts) can be re-sent if postage and processing fee for the second shipment is paid. If you request a refund for the returned package. Please know that postage for returned packages will not be refunded.

Delivered items not received

Please have a safe location for your items to be delivered. If the USPS shows an order as "delivered" and you did not receive it, I am not liable for replacement. Please contact your local USPS office with your provided tracking number.

Returned and Exchanges Instructions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery for return instructions. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for paying the postage for the returned item. Returned item/s must be ship with a tracking number and must be provided by the buyer. Refund minus shipping fees will be issued within 7 days after receipt of returned item. I charged a small processing fee plus shipping cost for items that are exchanged. We do no accept returns nor exchange on Sale Items and custom and personalized items that are made specifically for you.
