Can I order less than the lot size listed?

Our minimum quantities are already set to the lowest we can offer per order. Each batch is carefully handmade and we’re unable to offer lots in smaller quantities.

How long will it take before my handmade jewelry findings ship?

Production time is typically up to 10 business days, though we often ship sooner. If you have a specific deadline, please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can meet your timeline. Once an order is placed, rush requests are not guaranteed.

What does “oxidized sterling” mean?

Oxidizing is a controlled process that darkens sterling silver to give it a rich gunmetal or antique finish. It’s a way to speed up the natural tarnishing process for a dramatic, aged look — and we offer this service free of charge upon request.

Why are there no refunds?

Because each order is custom-prepared and materials are cut and dedicated specifically to your order, we’re unable to offer refunds. As a micro-business, we simply can’t absorb the cost of returns on made-to-order materials. That said, if we make an error, we’ll fix it right away. If there’s no mistake on our end, all sales are final, but exchanges for store credit are available. We always encourage you to read listings carefully and reach out with any questions before ordering — we’re happy to help!

My order never arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived, the quickest way to get help is to first contact us and we will investigate. After 48 hours have passed we will guide you to Etsy Support directly to open a claim for a lost shipment. If you suspect your package was misdelivered or the tracking hasn’t updated in several days, you can also: ✦ Contact your local post office with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. ✦ Double-check the shipping address listed on your Etsy order confirmation. Important: If the address provided at checkout was incorrect and your package is returned to us, you’ll need to provide the correct address and purchase return shipping.
