Gift wrapping and packaging

Bodysuit items are presented in a recycled garment bag making them ideal and easy to wrap. Gift wrapping is not available at this time.

Custom and personalised orders

I welcome custom orders and am happy to work to your requirements. Custom/personalised orders fall outside of Etsy's estimated delivery time so please bear this in mind when placing your order. Please note that custom and/or personalised orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Gift Notes and messages

Messages on orders will be printed on the packing slip and placed inside the package with your order - this packing slip does not contain any payment information. At this time I am unable to provide a personalised gift tag option.

While I endeavour to get your orders out to you as soon as possible I cannot guarantee delivery dates for standard delivery as these are estimates only. If you need your item urgently or by a certain date, please contact me via Etsy message BEFORE you place your order to see if this is possible – I do not always read notes on orders until I process them. I offer postal upgrades for guaranteed delivery services at an extra cost.

Please note the delivery dates provided by Etsy are ESTIMATES only. Once your items are shipped and in the hands of 3rd party services, any delays are out of my control, e.g. bank holidays, strike action, peak times, staff shortage delays, weather delays etc. I kindly ask for your patience in those instances.

When is an order deemed 'lost'?

Please allow 10 WORKING days for delivery before contacting me if it has not arrived. Royal Mail will not investigate lost package requests before this time so I will be unable to assist.

I do not hold any responsibility if the wrong address is provided on a purchase, so please ensure details are correctly entered. If your order is sent tracked you will be provided with the tracking reference. If you are unable to take delivery then please ensure you leave instructions for the delivery service. If the parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to sender. I can re-dispatch the products, but a new delivery charge will need to be paid by the customer and this will obviously result in a delay.

✈️ POSTAGE
- UK orders under £25 are sent second class and will arrive 3-5days after dispatch. UK orders £25 and above are sent 48hr tracked. We know you will be excited to receive your goodies and offer postage upgrades at the checkout if you need your items sooner.
- International orders are sent International tracked. Please allow time for your goods to clear customs.
