Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we do custom and personalized orders! If you'd like to order a v-neck, or youth or toddler sizes we can do that as well. Just ask and we'll provide cost information and a custom order link for you to purchase. We send a design proof for your approval before making your shirts.

All shirt and sweatshirts listed are adult unisex sizes. If you need a different size, please let us know. Additional charges may apply.

Each item is made to order and carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In some cases, I may request the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed to have a production defect. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please refer to the size chart in the listing. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or due to a package refusal, you are responsible for reshipment costs. If an item is returned to us without an agreement, you will not be refunded.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed shipments. Requests for expedited shipping must be made prior to placing an order. Expedited shipping is not available on all items. Once an item's tracking number is shown as delivered, we have fulfilled our order. If an item shows delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS for information on how to use the GPS of the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for addresses entered into the purchase incorrectly, and cannot issue a refund for items returned to sender. We can re-ship the item for an additional fee.
