I had a pretty long physical labor. While an extremely positive experience, I was pretty wrecked right after and in the next few days. That first herb bath was the most relaxing, healing thing! I felt like I could have stayed there for the rest of the night! And when they put the baby in with me, he just relaxed and acted like he hadn't even left the womb!
This is my fifth child and I had torn some so I was also anticipating the pain and discomfort of the healing process. I had 3 more baths after this one and I barely experienced any discomfort in my stitches and still feel that I healed faster than I could have without!
Also, the 2nd or 3rd day is when my muscles all hurt the most and the baths were lifesavers! Thanks for such a great product!!

Seriously, after my birth, I need to recover and restore. I looked forward to my mamma and baby bath every day. I could nurse in the bath and I think it helped both of us relax enough so he could get a good latch. My lady parts felt better and better after each bath. His cord fell off in the first week too.

Thank you for making this wonderful bath! It was one of the sweetest parts of my son's birth to get to share that magical moment in the tub with him. It was so deeply bonding. I am also a doula and I have used this product with so many of my clients-- all have loved it! I have learned that this product is not just for home birthers-- I have put many of my mamas in this herbal bath as soon as they get home from the hospital, and they have had such lovely experiences with it, too!
