In the tradition of family record keeping, I have compiled a simple family workbook to fill with your own hand, or the hand of your cherished loved ones so that you can pass down their historical knowledge for future generations. In this series, we have Collateral forms, Family Group sheets, Individual Member files with matching pages for photo’s and stories.

There are so many tools and products out there, but mine is meant to take the information you have collected, and put it into a pretty workbook that you can scrapbook your own message. Traditional Scrapbooking, or journaling, whatever your skill set is, I know there is something in here for you. The intended purpose is to hand write your information, but if you have photo editing software, you can place type anywhere needed. But keep in mind that the next generation will truly appreciate that you scribbled it out for them, flawed and imperfect, it will be a genuine gift of love. For this reason, I recommend archival pen and ink, and a professional print service to maximize the archival quality for generations to come.

Any 3 ring binder will do for this project. You have a cover page that you can insert in the front sleeve. A table of contents and the pages have a place to input a page or chapter number as you need. You can make your binder as large as you like and then fill another. There is an interview form so you can interview or pass out documents for family to fill in the details. Print as many, or as few as you need. Each family root system can be expanded. For a finished project, I highly recommend a professional print to edge, on high quality card, or cover stock. Trimming also works! **Borderless printing may have an extra charge.**
