What if the shipping carrier delays my order?

Orders are shipped from our Sparkle Studio in Denver, CO within 1-3 business days. Once the item ships, it is entirely out of our control and in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you have a strict deadline, please communicate with us so we can expedite your order if need be. Additional shipping upgrades might need to be purchased at checkout to speed up the delivery. We also offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air which we can send you the link to purchase via Etsy Messages. We will NOT issue refunds for delayed packages. We provide multiple shipping upgrade options to help ensure on-time orders. We will only GUARANTEE delivery dates if your deadline is communicated with us and have chosen a shipping option that suits your deadline.

What is my package is lost/stolen/delayed?

Festive Gal is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If you cannot find a package marked as "delivered" we suggest checking with your neighbors and following up with your local post office or the shipping carrier. Sometimes weird things happen like it was delivered one house over, or it's still on the shipping truck, etc.

Can I pay extra to expedite my order?

Orders are shipped from our Glitter Studio in Denver, CO within 1-3 business days after you purchase. If you need something in under 10 business days, I would suggest upgrading to Priority Mail or upgrading further to UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day Ground. Send me a message if you need to upgrade.

I accidentally ordered with the wrong address/shipping info. Can you update it?

If you order with an incorrect mailing address, please let me know ASAP. We try to accommodate all address changes, but sometimes we do not see messages asking for an address change. If you do not hear from us confirming your address change, please follow up again. We will not be held responsible for packages being mailed to incorrect addresses that were inputted at checkout.

All crown designs vary in height due to the different sayings, but most crowns are 6 inches wide, and anywhere from 2- 4 inches tall. The sayings are cut out of heavyweight premium card stock, and the glitter card stock has minimal to no glitter shedding. The plastic headbands are black and flexible, and fit almost every head whether child or adult. The fringe is made out of colorful fluffy tissue paper or metallic fringe.

This headband is so cute! USPS was giving me trouble (on my end, not the seller’s!) so the shop let me come by to pick it up instead. Kind and prompt customer service, and a really cute product. Would recommend!!
