Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. JEWELRY: Use a soft cloth for cleaning (cloth, especially designed for jewelry, can be purchased in every jewelry shop). Silver jewelry can also be cleaned using tooth paste and a soft tooth brush. Please make sure your drain is plugged shut before cleaning. Lost jewelry in your sink, will not be replaced..... : ) CLOTHES: The best way to wash and clean gentile items is by hand wash and to let it dry in the shade, however if you decide to use washing machine pls use a net washing bag to avoid over stretching and tangling of the clothes.
