• How Do I Customize an Order? •

Each listing will have a personalization section. Please enter the information you wish to have on your print. Custom orders are also available. Instant Download items can be customized if a message or email is sent over requesting customization before purchase. Custom items are an extra charge. If customer wanted instant download to be customized a separate fee would incur since the instant download cannot be returned. {No refunds after purchase}

• Do I receive a Proof? •

Yes, you will receive a proof of your custom print, after payment is received. Proofs are usually sent within 24 hours of payment. Please thoroughly review your print before approving to make sure all information is accurate. Due to the custom nature of the products, no proofs will be sent over until payment has been received. Refunds are not given after proof is sent.

• How do I download my files? •

Once your purchase goes through your files are available at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. {Full download functions are not available on your mobile devices through the Etsy app}

• Where can I Print my Order at & Whats the Best Paper •

You can print them from your home computer or at FedEx/Kinkos, Office Depot, Staples, Walmart. You can Google 'print shops' with your zip code after and to bring up a few professional print shops in your local area so you can compare prices. A heavyweight, matte photo paper or a smooth card stock works perfect for any print. I recommend using the paper that works best with your printer as well. Where to find quality paper: Target, Walmart, Office Depot, Staples, etc. {Notes: Make sure before printing to disable automatic color correction, can be found under print settings. Color may slightly vary from monitor due to monitor type & calibration}

• Shipping/Rushing an Order •

Shipping varies per item. Please take a look at the expected time on the items specific page or your order sheet. I do offer Order Rush, this is to just move your order to the "front of the line" this does not ship your item quicker. {https://etsy.me/2LRQnor} Proofs will be sent quicker. For upgraded shipping please check your item & apply correct shipping.

• Cancellation/Refunds •

Orders can only be cancelled before a proof is sent, due to the custom nature of the items. If there is a problem with your order please contact me. Digital items & instant downloads cannot be refunded.
