**To avoid the hooks breaking during shipping holes are pre drilled and we include the hooks and screws separately so you can quickly screw the into the sign, once you receive the item.**


- IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION & INSTALLATION -

• All boards are hand selected for quality but please keep in mind that as wood is a natural product the character of every board is different and will have varying imperfections, ie. knots, holes, texture difference. We try to showcase variations in our photos but we are not able to capture every possibility. Please contact us with your preferences and request photos, if you are concerned about this.

• We have 3 stains to choose from. There is a swatch photo on the listing to show the different options. As wood is a natural product, shading may vary slightly from board to board. Please also keep in mind that screen settings on your phone or computer can have an impact the color you are seeing.

• If the option to ‘paint’ item is selected from the drop down, please note that paint emphasizes knots and surface textures. It DOES NOT hide or fill these areas.


• Sawtooth hangers are attached to each sign for easy hanging. If you prefer not to drill into the wall we have found that velcro strips can also be used as a hanging option.


- SHIPPING -
Made-to-order items are securely shipped, and typically arrive within 6 business days once shipped. Tracking numbers are provided once the item(s) have been shipped.
For items being shipped outside of Canada, buyers are responsible for any customs fees assessed and the seller holds no liability for other charges.

- FREE SHIPPING - guarantee includes a covered shipping cost of up to $35. If shipping charges are over $35, the shop reserves the right to reach out to the customer to cover additional charges. This is often the case in non-mainland, remote or rural locations. If there are additional charges, we will reach out prior to starting your order so you can decide if you wish to pay the difference and proceed with your order.

- RETUN POLICIES -
Personalized items are non-refundable. For non personalized items, simply send us a message within 3 days of receipt stating the specific problem. Items must be in new condition and not used. Customer will be responsible for any additional return shipping charges. We are always happy to find a resolution! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can file a damage claim with the shipper and sort out a replacement solution.
