I'm disappointed with several things, I'm aware it's not her fault the item got lost in delivery, however when I've sent multiple messages about what can we do to correct this as I have a business and need this I've not heard back, I've waited several days to hear back, I 100% would say she has the worst customer service that I've experienced on Etsy, everyone else I've bought from has responded very quickly to any questions or concerns, I wish her luck with future orders but I will not be a returning customer
