Our belts are personally hand made once you order! This being the case, PLEASE measure yourself. Do NOT use your pants size, each clothing manufacturer makes its own sizing. Just, simply measure yourself. If you've ordered the incorrect size and your belt needs to be remade, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Just keep it simple and measure yourself. :)

* SIZING- Using a flexible measuring tape, you MUST MEASURE AROUND YOUR BODY where you plan to wear this belt. This is the ONLY METHOD to ensure proper size and fit. Please DO NOT USE YOUR PANTS SIZE as your guide for ordering this belt. Due to the unreliable system of "vanity sizing" clothing manufacturers employ, this will be a GUARANTEED FAIL.

*RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY- These belts are NOT MASS-PRODUCED overseas and imported cheaply, each one is HAND MADE to order in Los Angeles, by a skilled artisan. For this reason, we CANNOT accept RETURNS on made to order belts. If there is a problem with your belt, please contact us right away. If the problem is due to an error on our end, we will work to provide satisfaction as quickly as possible. If however, the belt does not fit as desired due to buyer error, we MAY be able to provide a 10% discount on a NEW belt, but we can no longer offer exchanges on made to order belts when the wrong size is ordered. Simply put, it is not fair or right to expect an artisan to make an item twice, but only be paid for making it once. To AVOID the HASSLE and EXPENSE of ordering a new belt, please READ THE ABOVE SECTION ON SIZING.

*Since 2007, many 501st, Rebel Legion, Saber Guild, Dark Empire and other club members have been approved wearing items we have fabricated. However, we cannot guarantee approval with our items in these or any other costume clubs. Please be sure to check with the appropriate costume authority of your club if you have any questions regarding approvals before purchase.
