Are all of the products from nhimconshop handmade? What kind of yarn do you use? What did you stuff your products?

Yes. With yarn, needles and all of my love. I used cotton milk yarn and fabric felt, glue gun sometimes. I always use fiberfilling to stuff my products

Can I get good price when buying in mass? What height of your products?

Yes, if you want to buy 10 or more products at once, please contact me to have good price. Most of my products are around 20-25 cm height but sometimes higher.

Do you sell crochet patterns of your products too?

Yes. I also selling crochet patterns here: lazicrochet.etsy.com or etsy.com/shop/lazicrochet But not all of the products here already have patterns on that site, so if you want to buy any pattern, please contact me first.

When do I usually get my packages? Can I get it faster?

Usually after 2-4 weeks, sometimes faster (only 10-15 days in convenient conditions) but sometimes because of bad weather or some reasons, it may come later than 5 weeks so please be patient. And please check with your family members if they get the package for you. Yes, you can get the package faster with EMS shipping only 3-5 days to receive the package. Just contact me before buying.

When will I contact to shop owner if I don't see my package?

After 5 weeks of shipping time, if you don't get your package please contact your local Post Office first, ask about the shipping code. If you still get no information, please contact me. And please check with your family members if they get the package for you.

Refund Cases: After 5 weeks of shipping time, if you still don't get any information about the package please contact me, I will check with the Post Office about the package's information. After getting missing reports and evidences from PO, I will refund you then.
