♥ Safe to use in electric or gas ovens, as well as in a well-heated wood-fired oven. ⚠️ Do not place directly on an open flame or hotplate – this may cause cracks. You may use a metal diffuser plate if needed. ♥ Avoid sudden temperature changes (hot–cold). ♥ Hand wash with warm water. For natural cleaning, use baking soda, vinegar water, or a lemon solution. Avoid harsh chemicals. ♥ To keep your pottery beautiful, always wash by hand. ♥ Do not leave liquids or food inside for a long time. ♥ Make sure items are completely dry before storing. With proper care, handmade ceramic tableware can serve you faithfully for many years!

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, I gladly accept custom and personalized requests. Please note: since each piece is handmade, slight variations in size, shape, or color are natural — this makes every item truly unique. Production usually takes about 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of items in your order. I’ll be happy to work with you to create special ceramics just for you. Feel free to contact me with any questions or ideas — I’m always open to conversation. 🌿

I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order — I’m always ready to help find a solution. Please note that pre-ordered ceramics are non-refundable. For ready-to-ship items, returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packed in the original packaging. Once the item is returned in good condition, I will issue a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are carefully and securely packed to arrive safely to you. If your order is a gift, you can request special gift wrapping. I can also include a small handwritten note with your message — just let me know at checkout.

Before placing an order, please let me know the size that interests you. Since each piece is handmade, small variations are natural — but I’m always happy to adjust the size, volume, or shape to fit your needs. If you have a special request, just ask! I’ll do my best to make it exactly the way you imagine.

Wholesale availability

I do accept wholesale orders, but in small to medium quantities — since every piece is handmade with care. If you’re interested, please contact me with your ideas and the number of items you’d like. We can discuss production time, discounts, and customization options to make it work for you.

Will I need to pay any customs duties or additional fees when receiving my order?

No worries – I cover all customs duties and taxes on my side. The price you see when placing your order is the final price. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery.

Each piece you see here is just the beginning. I love bringing your ideas to life — whether it’s a small detail, a special symbol, or a completely new story on clay. Over the years, together with customers we’ve created cups with flowers, fruits, animals, birds, mountains, waves, mandalas, and even whole story-scenes.
Sometimes you might just want the piece exactly as pictured, and that’s perfect too. But if you feel inspired — let’s talk! Your imagination is welcome here. 🌿

Asked for a unique order request and was filled expertly. Absolutely incredible craftsmanship and communication. Pieces look even more incredible in person. Genuine pieces of art as well as functional items. Can't wait to use the pieces I received and give an extra or two pieces out as gifts! Can't recommend enough for handmade items!
