Washing: you can wash the catbed but very carefully. The fibers of the wool are very vulnerable and have a natural wax layer that protects it from dirt. If you wash it to warm or with soap, the layer dissapears. The best thing is to steam the catbed. If you want to wash it, wash the catbed with hand or with a careful wool program. Let it dry flat on a surface. Don't hang it because then the catbed will stretch out.

Returns: You can return a catbed. Because it is handmade and there is precious time in the making process, you should have a good reason to send it back. The catbed should also be in the state it was delivered.

OMG this chunky, floofy catbed is just so beautiful. The merino wool is extremely soft and warming and the bed is very lovingly handcrafted and so cozy. I just wished i could fit myself into it :-). At first Nerino was kinda anxious, he's a rescue male from the streets, but now he just loves it. And it's a wonderful addition to my sleeping room too. I'm so happy with this purchase and appreciate your added nice handwritten note and the detailed washing guide. Thank you so much for this amazing, floofy catbed and the nice contact, dear Nicky.
