What is a printable file?

With printable files, you do not receive a printed product. You receive a jpeg or pdf file that you can print at home or take to a local print shop. You save money this way by printing as many as you need for a low cost. To go green, you can even simply upload online to your wall or a Facebook event.

What is your turnaround?

My turnaround varies depending on the item. You can find this under the item details in each listing Rush orders are can be purchased for an extra fee. You can make your selection using the drop down box at checkout.

How do I edit my file?

I use Corjl for my templates It is an online, browser-based platform designed for selling and editing customizable digital templates, such as invitations, party decor, and stationary. It is a user-friendly, in-browser editor to personalize items before printing. They also offer printing through Corjl after editing.

I'm having trouble editing my file. What do I do?

Customer service is my highest priority and I am always available to help you edit your file and no extra cost. Please contact me for anything you need.
