Headbands may be ironed. Turn headband upside down and iron flat the 2" at headband crown. Do not iron headband base.

All headbands come gift worthy wrapped at no extra charge. Add a personal note in note to seller if you like.

Yes! Your headband may need some breaking in time and it can be stretched! Please convo me for my simple yet effective stretching tip! And as always you can let me know beforehand of your concerns about fit and I'll be sure to make your headband with a loose base.

I recommend storing your headband in a hat box , cabinet or dresser drawer. A large jewelry tree also works well.

Due to the handmade nature of my items and to the fact that I am a one woman shop, I do not accept returns. No exceptions.

I am happy to offer an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your headband. Issues I can fix include: your headband is too tight , too loose, too narrow or too wide. If you just don’t love the fabric you chose you may pick out another headband as well.

Prices do not always include import fees, customs fees, handling fees or VAT (value added tax) for international orders. Each country of origin has different fee schedules on imports. It is up to each individual buyer to know the laws of ones home country and pay any import fees that may be due if not processed by Etsy.

In he unlikely event of an international order being lost in the mail I will not issue a refund. I will send a replacement but the buyer must pay the additional shipping. For an order to be considered lost it must not show any tracking updates for 8 weeks from date of first scan. If the item ordered is no longer available buyer may choose another item of equal value.
