*If selecting yes to embroidery then you will receive a message to let me know what you would like including. This is added to the ears. Usually people include a name, DOB, birth weight and birth time however the choice is yours

The item itself was lovely. Well crafted, exactly as described in terms of the item. The amount of time the process took from start to finish was misrepresented. It was noted to take 6-10 weeks from order and it took 5 months. Asked for customization that I was later told could not be provided. Only letters and numbers, not images. She did refund me for the customization and I was grateful for that. Customer service was also unsatisfactory. Messaged several times asking for updates with slow response and curt attitude in replies. Nice gift, but would have appreciated more clarity in the description before sending off meaningful, sentimental items that I feared would lost or never sent back . Unless you have half a year to wait, I would not recommend or order again.
The elephant made out of my son's baby clothes is absolutely perfect - I am beyond delighted. The attention to detail and the clever use of the materials has resulted in a perfect gift for my new grandson who is due any day now. Tops marks to Kirsty! High Five 🤚
She did a beautiful job on the elephant! My friend loves it. It look a lot longer to make but was worth the wait. Thank you so much for this wonderful keepsake of my friends late daughter ❤️
