Can I get any tumbler customized?

Yes! Although I have many great design options, if you dont see what you need I would love to design something custom to fit your needs

I would like a custom design, but would like a proof.

Not a problem. After your order is placed and paid I will get started on a custom design for your order and send you a design proof prior to etching to make sure you love it. However I don't start on a design until after purchase.

How do I order a custom tumbler?

2 ways to order: 1. go to Custom Tumbler in the menu or 2. you can message us and we can set up a custom listing for you. once you select your tumbler size and color(s) simply leave the details in the notes at checkout for me. Please make sure your notifications are on so you don't miss the design proof.

Are the tumblers etched or vinyl?

All items in my shop are laser etched, NOT vinyl that can peel off. Laser etched is a process that engraves into the powder coating of the cup to give a professional clean look to last the lifetime of the cup.

Can I Order a Custom Door Hanger?

Yes, we would love to help create a custom door hanger for you. Message us what you would like and we give you an estimated cost and processing time. During our peak season, early spring and Fall processing times are much longer, so recommend reaching ordering in advance. Average processing time on custom door hangers is 2-3 weeks.

Can I drink a beverage out of the Slim Can or 12oz Beverage Holder tumblers?

The Slim Can and 12oz Beverage Holder are design to hold cans and have a rubber ring opening to keep the can in place. They are not intended to pour a beverage into and drink out of them. The 12oz Beverage Holder will also hold 12oz beer bottles as well as 12oz beer and soda cans. The Slim Can will hold slim beer cans and seltzers.

Custom and personalized orders

No, the only tumbler styles that included a sliding or closing lid are the 32oz Water bottle (sport style flip lid) and the 20oz Travel Mug comes with a slider lid. We do sell slider lids in our add on sections for the other tumbler styles.

Polar Camel tumbler is double-wall vacuum insulation. Polar Camel tumblers keep your drink either hot or cold for hours on end. It is 2X heat & cold resistant and is BPA and lead free. Each powder-coated tumbler is custom engraved and comes complete with a clear standard lid (drink hole opening is straw friendly *straw is NOT included but available in our Misc. section as an add on option). 20oz Handled Mug comes with sliding lid as standard, other tumbler styles come with standard open drinking hole style lid, water bottle has a flip top spout lid. 12oz slim can is has rubber ring lid to hold slim style cans in place. 12oz Beverage holder has a open rubber lid to hold 12oz cans and bottle and is not design to hold poured drinks.

**Designs are scaled to fit your desired tumbler choice of size. The 20oz and 30oz tumblers have a narrower bottom that fits most standard cup holders.

Processing time is 3-5 business days. Larger orders may take slightly longer.
