Can I return/refund my Item after delivery?

We normally accept returns/refunds only for items that are damaged or do not correspond to the purchased listing details. Please contact us within 7days of delivery to arrange. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and any custom charges that will occur. Please note that all our natural raw materials are sustainably sourced, and hand crafted to create our products, they can present little imperfections and size and color might slightly differ. Receiving a slightly bent seagrass item or a different tone of grey stone is not considered as a faulty or damaged item as the products are 100% made with natural material which can differ by nature.

What to do if an item arrives damaged?

In the remote case that an item arrives damaged please follow those steps in order to claim refund or exchange: - send us a picture of outer packaging with the courier barcode visible - send us a picture of the inner packaging - send us a picture of the damaged item We normally open an investigation with our courier, please allow us a few days for the standard procedure to be in place.

If my item arrived damaged I am entitled to a full refund?

Once we have received the above info about the damaged item and the investigation process ends - we normally offer different options: - full refund upon receiving the item back if not damaged or slightly damaged but still usable - partial refund if it is only damaged but still usable - free replacement Please rest assured that your case will be solved. It only took about 10 days to receive this swing. Very impressed with the speed of shipping. I could not find anything "broken" with this chair, which is described in the title of this swing. It looks to be in perfect condition. It is the perfect size for my small corner in my loft. It's only about 23" wide at the seat area. So it's much more compact than some of the other swings that are up to 32" wide. I plan to sew a seat cushion and use a macrame pillow for a backrest. Very happy with the purchase.
