Yes of course! Just send us your design, could be a drawing or a photo we can make it a sticker on various papers, our Holographic is especially popular and is gorgeous!

Do you ever have sales?

Very rarely! I don't think it's a fair policy to put items on sale, there is nothing worse, or very fair, than paying full price for something then seeing it reduced soon after, although prices can vary due to market forces and competition!

How fast is delivery?

We endeavour to dispatch all standard items, received before 1pm the same day, and most orders will go 1st Class, any items that are "free delivery", will go 2nd Class. Delivery upgrades are available, if you need it quick!

Can you tell me the name of the font and supplies you used ?

Sorry the short answer is No. As a printing shop the fonts and products I use, are the lifeline to my business and therefore unfortunately cannot be divulged. However if you have the name of a particular font you require I am more than happy to use that if possible.

When will my order arrive ?

The most frustrating question I receive here on Etsy. How long is a piece of string ? Unfortunately there is no way of knowing when your order will arrive, even if you have upgraded to a Tracked and Signed for service. All orders are despatched when Etsy advise you they have been despatched, then it's in the hands of the UK/International postal system, the estimated arrival time is just that an estimate! Goods are not considered lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date, which is 1 day for 1st Class and 3 days for Second. Please have patience before contacting me before this time has passed as there is nothing i can do beforehand! As you can see from my reviews most mention how quick my deliveries are, i do not hang about!

My order hasn't arrived, do you have tracking i can check ?

Following on from the other delivery FAQ, put simply, if you haven't upgraded to a tracked and signed service, then neither you or I will be able to track it! When checking out you can see the delivery options from the drop down menu and what service you are purchasing. Also FYI the cheapest fully tracked service here on ETSY costs £6.85, so if you have paid less than this for your delivery there is NO TRACKING!
