All our toppers are made of high-quality, safe-food 1/8” plywood.
Colors: natural wood, dark wood, metallic gold, metallic silver, mahogany.
Size: The size of the toper can range from 5” to 7”. You can choose the size you need from the drop-down menu when placing your order. In case you need a topper of the other size, don't hesitate to write me about this in a private message.

*** How to order:
• Select the listing you want to order;
• Select the size and the color from the drop-down menu;
• Click “Add to Cart”;
• In case your order needs some personalization, please write me names and dates you need in the “note to seller” box;
• Please check your information and make sure it is correct.
• Click on checkout with PayPal button and complete the transactions.
As soon as your order is made and shipped to your address, the tracking number of the parcel will be indicated in your order details.

***Shipping and delivery:
After you place your order in my store, I need about 3-5 business days to make, pack and ship your parcel. Delivery time depends on the country to which the parcel is shipped. Usually, delivery takes about 14-25 business days.
Please note that shipping to Italy, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and some other countries takes longer (about 4-5 weeks). Unfortunately, the postal services of some countries (Great Britain, Australia, Canada and some other countries) do not provide any tracking information on the parcels sent to there.
We send all the parcels to the addresses mentioned by you while placing the order. When making your orders, we use only the information you provided when processing your order (the information from the private messages is not taken into account). Please check your personalization and addresses before placing your order!
We are not responsible for any delays with the delivery. We guarantee the timely production and shipping of the item (after the item is shipped the tracking number is indicated in your order details). The postal service of your country is responsible for timely and careful delivery of your parcel.
Please take into account that it case you receive a damaged item, you have you confirm this damage in your post office or in the presence of the postal workers while receiving your parcel. You also have to immediately inform us about this and send us the pictures of the damage. You will be able to receive a refund for the damaged item only in case you have the postal confirmation. In other case you will be able to receive only a replacement. We are not responsible for the damages of the items during the delivery.
Cancellation: Please check the terms and conditions of delivery before placing your order. In case you want to cancel your order, please note that 10% of its price will be charged as this amount of money is charged during the ordering process by the Etsy and the Payment system.

***Payment:
Placing your order in our shop, you can pay via PayPal or with your Visa/MasterCard card to out PayPal account. PayPal account is not required for purchases and our store.

*** Returns and exchanges:
In case for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us asap to discuss the problem.
We can issue refund or replacement for the NON-CUSTOM orders on the condition the item is sent back to me and is delivered in its original, unused and not damaged condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We don’t offer refund for CUSTOMIZED order (the ones containing initials, names or dates), but we can provide a replacement in case me made a mistake in your order.
