Can I get a refund for my custom and/or personalized order?

All orders are final sale. No refunds will be given. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the color thread you chose. If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it or offer you a refund. If we have made a mistake, please contact us at lolita@sewingseams.co within 2 days of receiving your order.

What if my item doesn't fit?

No refunds will not be given for items that do not fit.

What if I order the wrong item?

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the incorrect purchase of our products. Please pay attention to which item you are purchasing and the details of that item.

How long will it take to make your order?

Since all of our items are custom made to order, processing time is up to 3 weeks. Each item has a specific processing time as noted on the product page, your receipt, and within your account information, processing times are as stated. This does NOT include shipping times. Processing time is the time it takes from when you place the order to when your order is shipped out of our facility. It does not include shipping time. We aim to send out your products as fast as possible, but during busy periods we may not be able to meet these timescales.

When will your order be delivered?

All items will ship USPS First Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage, which will arrive in 2-9 business days. During the checkout process, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to another service or carrier.

Can I get a refund on my order?

All sales are final sale. No refunds will be given.

Can I pay for rush processing?

No, we do not offer rush processing. Every customer's order is important to us and it wouldn't be fair for someone to skip the line.

This is a Sankofa Edition™ Brand Kente Stole that will be custom embroidered just for you! There is no need to buy the stole separately and search for someone to embroidery it for you. We will provide the stole and the embroidery for your convenience.

Each one of these stoles is individually handwoven in Ghana and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. The stole measures approximately 4.5 inches wide by 72 inches long. The space for embroidery on each side is approximately 4.5 inches wide by 9 inches long.

Choose metallic thread for a little shimmer! Metallic thread is only available in silver and gold.

❗If you would like a different fabric or design just message me. I can do stoles in almost all colors.❗

HOW TO ORDER:
✅ Use the personalization box to write the wording that you would like on each side, in the order that you would like for it to appear (top to bottom). I may need to design and re-arrange the elements so that they look the best on the stole.
✅ Do not list more than the number of design elements that you have paid for.
✅ All text will be in a print font unless you request something different.
✅ Don't forget to include your thread color choices (i.e. white, blue, red, etc). If you order metallic thread, it is only available in silver and gold.
✅ If you would like an image/graphic, message me first to check and see if I can fulfill your request!! There may be an additional fee to digitize your graphic.
