Due to the DIGITAL nature of our products, we cannot refund or exchange an order that have been already downloaded. However, if you've ordered the same item twice, we can make an exception and issue a refund or exchange the item with another one with the same price. Can you send my order to a different email address than the one listed on my ETSY account?

Download links are sent automatically by Etsy to the email address registered with your account and cannot be sent to any different email addresses. Please make sure to place your order from the Etsy account with the registered email in which you want the download links to be sent.

Can I print your 12x12 digital papers with a regular 8.5x11 color printer?

Yes. You can print our papers with any regular printer too (8.5x11, A4, etc.) without distorting the original design. You can adjust the settings on the options menu of your printer to: a) Print the image at full size and the edges will be cropped automatically. b) Scale to fit media to print the image at 8 x 8 in (aprox.) without cropping.
