What happens if I fail to pickup my package on time?

According to the standard procedure of the local mail services, local delivery courier attempts to deliver your package three times. After that period, the package is returned to us. If you fail to meet all the above deadlines but still want to pickup your ornament, please contact us directly via Etsy.

What should I do if my ornament arrives damaged?

From the moment you receive the package from the courier, we will give you up to 3 calendar days to report damaged ornaments to us. To do so, contact us via Etsy and include photos of package and the ornament and a brief description of the nature of the damage. Once we have successfully processed your report (if we confirm the damage in transit), we will replace the damaged item with a new one or refund the full amount. If you do not meet the above deadline of 3 calendar days after receiving the package, we will not be able to consider this damage as having occurred during the shipping process. Immerse yourself in a truly magical sensation of Christmas with our luxurious, beautifully designed, hand-crafted, mouth-blowed glass ornaments. BluBom is an online shop offering highly specialized, professional Christmas ornaments manufactured by Szklana Gwiazda - a polish company delivering unique Christmas baubles to global business since January 2001. We've been on the market for over 20 years now and we know best how to make your Christmas absolutely unique. What makes our Christmas baubles stand out from your ordinary supermarket crowd is that every single one of them is made entirely by human hands. Lemon ornament comes to life during a five step journey: Firstly, each bauble is individually blown out using high quality glass and blazing fire burners. Secondly, every shape undergoes a silver plating and glass grinding in order to achieve a proper foundation for applying further decorations. Thirdly, such pre-conditioned ornament is then carefully decorated by our artists who make best use of paint, glitter and their skills to make sure each bauble looks unique. Fourthly, each ornament is subject to a series of quality checks and controls. Finally, every Lemon is securely packed and shipped straight to your hands. We are shipping worldwide. Our ornaments have been making the atmosphere of our customers' Christmas truly exceptional for the last 20 years. Allow yourself for a bit of luxury in this magical time of year.
