It arrived broken. The seller advertised as excellent condition. I was going to return but the seller did not offer to pay for their mistake or charges to return. It was 5 charms and the seller offered a 10 percent refund. Shipping to Switzerland thru the post office wasn't an option, too expensive. I don't feel that was fair. Discussion was minimal and perfunctory.

Buyer did simply not pick up the advertised article at his post office, it reached his town even in record time in the pre-christmas period! Shame!
