Gift wrapping and packaging

We have chosen minimal packaging to help the environment and cut down on waste. All our packaging is fully recyclable. Items are delivered on recycled paper gift cards (as shown), packed in biodegradable bags (made from corn starch) and then placed in an eco-friendly gift-able envelope (also shown). Orders are sent in 100% recyclable paper padded envelopes, to keep the jewellery safe during delivery.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30days of receiving items. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. How to Return: 1. Send us an email to let us know what you'd like to return 2. Repack your return 3.
