*Print on sublimation paper
*Tightly secure transfer with heat transfer tape on tumbler seams
*Place tumbler in heat press
* Press at 180 (356 F) degrees C for 45 seconds
* Rotate tumbler and press for 25 seconds
* With heat resistant gloves peel off sublimation paper and there you have it a beautiful cup
