Protogen Fursuit Head Template - Digital PDF Pattern
This listing is a digital template file in .PDF format for creating your very own fursuit head (no physical item will be shipped to you)

The template includes two patterns:-
one for a full-sized wearable fursuit head and uses 1 inch upholstery foam,
second pattern is for a mini toy size (height 5 inches) and uses half-inch upholstery foam.

To print the template, use 'Adobe Reader' (a free download) on your PC. Select the "poster" setting in the print options to tile the template and print on your home printer. (If you have a MAC you will need the paid full version of Adobe Reader)

*** A4 print option
Set your printer to borderless printing so you can print it on your home printer paper (A4 / Letter).

Print size options :
Print at 100% = Large size - Adult Male
Print at 95% = Medium size - Lady or Teenager
Print at 90% = Small size - Child 10 - 12 years

Mini / Plushie Template:
Print at 100% = toy is approx 5 inches

Once printed, you'll need contact adhesive or hot glue to stick the sections together, as well as scissors or a very sharp knife (exacto or snap blade) to cut the foam. The template requires approximately 70" x 20" of 1" upholstery foam.

Please note that adjustments may be required if you want to make the head a different size than the template. We recommend having a basic understanding of how to cut and glue foam to achieve the best results.

Included in the download files are assembly instructions with diagrams (Adobe PDF format) and assembly photos (.zip file) to help you along the way.
