• International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

• Please note. If anything went wrong, please, let me know and we always find a solution! I ship from Ukraine. Usually international shipping take about 14-21 business days but sometimes it can take a little more and grows to 6-8 weeks. I can't be responsible for delays or losses. Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 1 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas. Thank you for your understanding!

• Please note, due to International Postage rules all packages require signature on delivery. It is impossible to leave a parcel on a porch in the front garden or other insecure places.

• Please note: some local postal services does not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Australia, Canada, Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Norway. So we can track your package only while it's in Ukraine.

•Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

• All items are packaged carefully

• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 8 weeks from posting date and tracking info approves that.
• I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
• I return money or resend the same items to you after I recieve official written confirmation of the loss from Ukraian post.

• I can only accept PayPal. You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account.

• Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
• You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
• Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
• Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy. Your items will be made and shipped only after the payment is cleared.

• I do not accept returns if the reason is the non-receipt of the buy by a certain date. Average delivery times are indicated in the store policy. Sometimes there are delays in the work of mail, especially on holidays.
Also pay attention to the timing of the manufacture of jewelry, if they are made to order.
• I do not accept returns if the reason is a misunderstanding of the sizes. All sizes are indicated in the product details.

• For any returns and refunds 10% restocking fee is applied (this is amount of taxes and fees that were paid by seller acording to the transaction).
• Shipping cost is not refundable.
