I accept custom orders, please send it to me. All glass paintings are framed and it's ready for hanging.

Different sizes are available to each item, but if you still can not find a perfect size in the listing, please send me a custom size. The sizes of the framed painting may differ slightly from the specified size depending on the chosen frame. Because different frames have different widths.

Can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

If you receive a damaged painting

If the painting is delivered damaged, please file a damage report with the delivery service courier and do not accept the parcel, then I will ship you a new one for free if you want.

Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your painting. To clean the painting it is better to use a dry or wet duster without chemical substances and alcohol. Never hang your painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.

Possible customs duties are not included in the price of the product. Possible fees are fully paid by the buyer.

The pictures do not do this art piece justice. It is absolutely stunning in person. It is a true piece of art. Something you will want to pass down to your children. It came well padded and securely packaged, the art itself is framed very well and the artist even wrapped it in wrapping paper and ribbon with a note. Very impressive.
