This colorful 8-strand Kumihimo braid kit includes a total of 40 feet of cord: 20 feet of tie-dye Lion's Brand ribbon and 20 feet of satin cord (in two shades), enough for a 5.4mm necklace almost 30 inches long! Also, includes platinum-plated brass 5.5mm end caps with a chain and lobster claw clasp (bell-shaped or cylinder end caps, non-tarnishing). You can easily remove the chain if you wish.

The kit includes a filigree bead or decorative tube pendant. Your choice of one of 3: the small filigree Heart Ball, the S-Design or the curved metal filigree Flower tube. They slip over the finished braid before gluing the last end cap onto the end. The flower tube is about 1 ¼ inch long. All are reversible.

We also include basic set up instructions and how to attach the 5.5mm cylinder clasp set. No tools are included. You need to have a 32-notch Kumiloom or similar loom, 8 bobbins, scissors, and a liquid (not gel) super-type glue to be used to attach the metal end caps. (Our favorite is Super New Glue™.)
