Stainless steel is pretty resilient and tough, but please avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives when you’re wearing or cleaning your jewelry.

What size should I get?

For bracelets, I recommend sizing up approximately 1” from your wrist measurement. For necklaces, please measure your favorite necklace or use a piece of string to determine your desired length. Please contact me if you would like a different length cord or chain than what I have in a listing. I’m happy to work with you to make sure you receive the perfect piece of jewelry.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Please see individual listings for wrapping availability. Most items are shipped in bubble mailers to protect them. Soft goods are shipped in poly mailers.

How fast is shipping?

Unless you’ve requested a custom order or modification, I have your item in stock. Average shipping time is 1 to 3 days, with most items shipping the same or the next day.

My order shipped but it hasn’t shown up yet. What should I do?

Please check your tracking information. Check with your local post office. If your order shows that it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please file a claim with your local post office. Occasionally orders just disappear in the mail. If this happens, please let me know so I can help you replace your lost items.

Is the pouch I bought waterproof?

I tape the side seams on all Dyneema/DCF pouches, making them extremely water resistant. I do not tape the seams on other fabrics. However, fabrics with an inner PU or waterproof coating (such as X-Pac or HDPE Gridstop) tend to make great water and weather resistant pouches (but don't drop them in a lake). The Uretek water resistant zippers also help to keep pouch contents dry, although they will not work if submerged.

Materials: nylon repair tape

Add a bold sticker to your pouch or stuff sack, so that you will know exactly where your gear is when you're digging through your pack. Cut from nylon gear repair tape, this sticker adheres firmly to your DCF/X-Pac/polyester/nylon pouch or stuff sack. Sticker will not adhere to silicone treated surfaces.

To apply, wash hands and clean surface with included alcohol wipe. When dry, apply sticker and firmly press down to ensure good adhesion.
