All needed high quality hanging hardware and easy to follow instructions will be included with your artwork.

Allow 5-7 business days for your fiber canvas to be shipped. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for domestic packages to be delivered within the US. International deliveries might take longer. Custom orders usually have a 8-20 week turnaround upon receipt of deposit. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. In some cases, signature will be required at the time of delivery for all pieces priced over $200. Please contact me IMMEDIATELY if you wish to get your package insured for its value. If for any reason you are not available to sing for the parcel, your package will be held at your local USPS office. The buyer is responsible to claim the package before it's returned to the sender.

When necessary, remove the fiber canvas and take it outdoors. Gently shake side to side to release any dust particles. Any dust particles on the rod or frame may be wiped away with a clean dry cloth or swifter. NEVER EVER use cleaning products or a damp cloth to clean your canvas, as dyes can start bleeding causing permanent damage to the piece.

We take great care on the packaging and shipping process. But in the unlikely event you receive a defective product a refund may be possible * (with the absolute exception of damages incurred during the transit period). It's very important that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with a description and images of the defect or damage for us to evaluate. Before a refund is issued, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, mounting hardware and comb included. *All shipping expenses are responsibility of the customer.
