Great journal for keeping track of a healthy lifestyle. Each week begins with goals, achievements and a meal planner. Then each day offers workout and food logs (that also track emotions/mood), as well as slept hours, habits, gratitude, and evening reflections. It's a great tool to be mindful about diet and exercise.
