This traditional design is an easy, simple project… perfect for beginners, and fun for all levels! This pattern comes together quickly and easily, and makes a great baby blanket or small throw.

Made with Parallelograms, Squares, and Triangles, this pattern uses fewer seams and pieces than its counterpart, and has a somewhat more elegant appearance than the Half Square Triangle Version. Check out that version here:

This pattern includes easy to follow, step-by-step instructions with hand drawn illustrations, and full scale pattern pieces.
Written for hand sewing, but easily adapted for machine sewing.
