Handmade with woven cotton, strong stitching and dyes that won't run, she will have you dance and make romance with her ever-comfortable, flexible waistband.

To compare her with our other skirt styles, the Flutter represents Spring, the Tiered is Summer, and the Sophia, Fall. The Flutter and Sophia weigh the same and are heavier than the Tiered. The Flutter is a lighter weight material than the Sophia and there's more of it. She abundantly Flutters!

This skirt will fit sizes X-Small to Large, approximately sizes 0-16. There are two length options measured from the very top to the bottom hem: 26" inches & 37" inches..

Item is great quality and I thought the colors were well represented. The band on the top of the skirt isn’t a wide waistband, despite it having that appearance. It is a thinner elastic waistband at the top of the skirt that is not flattering if you have any fat around your belly or love handles. The inside color isn’t the same color, so you can’t even fold over the top of the skirt. I’m 5’9”, 145lbs, 30” waist, 40” hips - I have always been referred to as thin or slender. With my body type, this isn’t flattering, but would probably be super cute if you’re really thin. The shop worked with me to return the items.

I wished I got the red one the blue is so dark it doesn’t like as bright as the picture, but the quality is nice. I wish you made the short skirts like that with just a regular waistband and not the long elastic band though makes my stomach look fat.
